Additional Support for School Needs

However, this could all be at risk.
Without parents or carers stepping up at our AGM on Monday 25th May at 2.30pm, the Parent Council is at serious risk of closure. If this occurs, all the additional support that enhances our children’s school experience will be lost.
This initiative is not solely focused on fundraising; we have substantial reserves. It is about community, opportunity and ensuring every child has a more enriching school experience. Your contribution, whether large or small, is invaluable. The council will cease operations without a committee to continue its work.
Positions available: Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. Support will be provided by the outgoing committee to assist the new cohort.
The outgoing committee have enjoyed their two years on the Parent Council, working with the school’s Senior Management Team, the Office staff and the Tayside Contracts team - and our wonderful teachers and assistants. Good relations have enabled achievements beyond expectations. Exciting developments lie ahead with the development of the School Campus. Pitlochry High School will become a hub for the community - help make it the best it can be!
If you would like to put your name forward for an officers role (Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, or Secretary), but you are unable to attend on Monday, feel free to email pitlochryparentcouncil@gmail.com with your nomination.
